• Travel through northern outskirts of Town of Milton

• At flashing amber light (Tremaine Rd.) turn right

• Country Heritage Park is on the left just before the overpass for Hwy 401

From Kitchener / Guelph

• Hwy 401 east

• Guelph Line north (exit 312)

• North over Hwy 401 to Sideroad 5 (beside the Fire Hall)

• Turn right and travel east approx. 6 km.

• Turn right on Tremaine Rd.

• Pass over Hwy 401 and Country Heritage Park is on the right

From Hamilton / Burlington

• Hwy 5 east beyond Guelph Line to Tremaine Rd

• Turn left and travel north approx. 15 km (past Derry Rd. and Steeles Ave.)

• Country Heritage Park is on the left just before the overpass for Hwy 401

From Oakville

• Hwy 5 west past Hwy 25 to Tremaine Rd.

• Turn right and travel north approx. 15 km. (past Derry Rd. and Steeles Ave.)
